- potatoes – 5 pieces; - salt – to taste;

- olive oil – 30 ml; - rosemary – 2 branches; - Parmesan cheese - 80 g; - garlic – 2 cloves. Previously washed up and peeled potatoes need to be sliced thin. It is possible to do it by a sharp knife, in the vegetable cutter or by means of the shredder. If at potatoes a thin skin, then it is possible not to remove it. Those who adheres to dietary food should soak the cut potatoes in cold water. Thus, vegetables will be left by starch which promotes adjournment of fat on hips. Besides, the prepared potatoes will be more crunchy after frying.

Preparation process

Slices dry by means of placement on a towel, and then place on the baking sheet oiled. To potato snacks it is possible to serve various sauces: from honey and mustard or yogurt with fennel and garlic. On store counters a number of sauces for chips, for example "Vegetable salsa" and Guakamole is presented. The simplest option is usual mayonnaise. It is better if it is prepared houses on the basis of vegetable oil and eggs. Chips can become excellent addition to light salads and dishes from meat.
