Fried sausages: short description of a dish

In spite of the fact that the basis of meat kupat is formed by a certain set of products, recipes for these sausages exists quite a lot. At the same time you shouldn't consider them an analog of store sausages. The fried sausages made in house conditions are absolutely natural product. What does them useful, nutritive and safe to give them to children.

The ready crude semi-finished products prepared independently can be baked in an oven, to prepare on a brazier, to cook in broth and to fry in a frying pan. What way of heat treatment to choose depends on your taste and preferences. 

List of products

- meat (any, it is possible to take mix) - 1 kg;

- a pork gut (cover) - 2 m;

- onions - 2 pieces;

- garlic - 1 head;

- a black sprinkling pepper - 1 tsp;

- red burning pepper - 0.5 tsps;

- ground cilantro - 1 tsp;

- salt - 1 tsp;

- sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;

- meat grinder with a nozzle for sausages.

Recipe for kupat

Choose meat at discretion. It is possible to take chicken meat, pork, beef or mutton. Thus, changing components, it is possible to change taste of the dish. As a cover for kupat it is better to take a natural pork gut, avoiding collagenic substitutes. Only taking into account these subtleties it is possible to achieve delightful taste and quality. 

Wash out meat under flowing water and chop small pieces. Also use of the meat grinder is allowed. Shift mincemeat in a bowl. From onions and garlic remove a peel and grate them. If for preparation of forcemeat the meat grinder was used, then onions and garlic can be passed via it too. After that add to a bowl to meat, onions and garlic all seasonings - salt, ground cilantro, red and black pepper, and then together well mix everything. That ready forcemeat became more dense, mix it hands. 

Carefully wash out a pork gut outside and from within, and then dry - it has to become absolutely dry. Then by means of a nozzle for sausages fill it with the prepared mincemeat so that preparation wasn't too dense. Divide it into identical parts (to 15 cm), tie up them threads and cut. Thus at you semi-finished products in the form of sausages will turn out. Now they need to be subjected to thermal treatment, for example, to fry in a frying pan. 

How to fry fried sausages in a frying pan

Before frying fried sausages need to be boiled previously that the cover became soft and pliable. For this purpose lower them in a pan with cold water and heat it to 80-90 degrees, without bringing to the boil. Maintain this temperature within 20 minutes, and then take sausages from a pan and cool a little. After that it will be possible to start roasting. 

Take a frying pan, heat it, and then pour in vegetable oil and heat it. In fried sausages by means of a toothpick do several superficial punctures, and then put them on a frying pan and fry before emergence of an appetizing ruddy crust from all directions. Juicy, fragrant and very tasty fried sausages are ready! Serve them together in a lavash, greens and salad from a fresh vegetables.
