- - water or broth
- - sour cream
- - tomato paste
- - greens
- - salt, sugar
Instruction
1. On dry to frying pan calcinate 1 tablespoon of flour till golden color. Gradually pour in broth or water, carefully stir that there were no lumps, or wipe through a sieve.
2. Add to the received mix sour cream and tomato paste in equal parts, once again well mix and bring to the boil. If it turned out too densely, add still water or broth.
3. Small cut greens, add to all no more than a tablespoon. Salt and sugar - to taste.
