There are several types of kvass. However the drink made from bread enjoys special love. It turns out not only nutritious, but also useful. It is possible to make grain kvass in house conditions.

1. Cut loaf of bread on pieces and dry them in an oven before emergence of brown color.

2. Put ferment for future kvass. For this purpose take a one-liter jar and fill it half with the dried bread. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and fill in with boiled water to the middle banks. Leave ferment for an hour.

3. Mix it in an hour and if necessary add still water. At you gruel from bread has to turn out. Cool it to a warm state.

4. Add yeast to gruel, mix everything and cover a neck banks with a gauze or fabric. Leave for two days in the warm place.

6. Filter kvass through a gauze, put raisin and sugar to taste. If desired it is possible to add leaves of mint or a melissa to it. Then kvass will get pleasant notes in taste. Leave it for day in heat. After that pour kvass on separate 1.5-liter bottles and place on storage in the fridge.
