2. For preparation of kvass you need warm boiled water and bank. Drench to bank with boiled water, then fill in it 3 spoons of mix, put 3 spoons of sugar, several crusts of a rye bread and a bag of a yeast powder. Fill in with warm water half and mix. Tie to bank a gauze that wine midges which like to breed in such environment didn't get to it.

3. Deliver to bank to the warm place and wait day. During this time fermentation will begin. Add 2 more spoons of dry kvass and 1-2 spoons of sugar. Add warm water almost a baking plate a neck, again tie a gauze and put to the warm dark place. In 2-3 days the first kvass is ready. It smells of yeast a little.
