Starched noodles - cellophane noodles - popular food product in the Asian countries. Do it and of a rice meal, and of soy starch, and even of batata starch. The last option is especially popular in Korea where such noodles form a basis for a set of the most tasty dishes, such as it.
It is required to you
- For 1 portion:
- 90 g of starched noodles;
- 10 cleaned royal shrimps;
- Half of average carrots;
- Half of red paprika;
- 1 big garlic glove;
- 2 tsps of sesame oil;
- 5 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
- Black pepper, green onions, sesame.
Instruction
1. We will boil noodles 4 - 5 minutes in the boiling water, we will cast away on a colander and directly in it we will scissor. Fill 3/4 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce and 1 tsp of sesame oil.
2. To cut pepper and carrots thin stripes (it is better to grate carrots on a special grater). In a frying pan to warm 1 tsp of sesame oil, to throw there vegetables, to prepare 2 - 3 minutes, to add shrimps, garlic and the remained soy-bean sauce, to prepare a minute more. Lay out noodles to vegetables and shrimps and to hold on fire still a couple of minutes, if necessary having added a little water or broth.
3. At once to give, having strewed with seeds of sesame and small cut green onions. Enjoy your meal!
