In house conditions it is possible to prepare everything, even lemonade. I suggest to make it with a sorrel. Such drink perfectly cools and satisfies thirst.

1. Wash out a ginger root, clean from a thin skin and crush by means of a knife, having cut in the form of thin straws.

2. Pour in a pan of 300 milliliters of water. There lay out granulated sugar and the crushed ginger. Put the received mix on a plate and bring to the boil. As soon as it occurs, lower fire to weak then prepare on an extent of 25-30 minutes. Filter ready syrup, cool and remove in the fridge to be cooled.

3. Carefully wash out a sorrel under flowing water then crush by means of the blender almost to a pyureobrazny state. Connect the received weight about 0.5 liters of sparkling water, 200 milliliters of the cooled ginger syrup and juice of one lemon. Carefully mix everything then remove in the fridge approximately on a quarter of hour. By the way, if you want oxalic lemonade to turn out sweet, then add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to liquid.

4. After time get drink from the fridge and properly filter. Then connect to the remained sparkling water. Oxalic lemonade is ready! Drink it, previously having cooled or having added ice cubes to a glass.
