Prunes have a set of useful properties from which main thing is the ability to normalize functions of digestive tract. It helps and at anemia, a hypertension, obesity. 1. Prunes, its broths and infusions are used in the medical purposes as natural depletive. Before the use touch dried fruits, clean from accidental impurity, fruit stems and carefully wash out in warm water. It is also recommended to take them several minutes in hot water that the preservatives sometimes applied by production of prunes passed into water.

2. For preparation of broth from prunes take 100 grams of dried fruits (the amount of berries in 100 grams can vary depending on their size). Upon purchase give preference to dried fruits without stones, but if you bought prunes with stones, then they need to be taken, making an incision berries a knife.

3. Put prunes in a pan of small volume and fill in with two glasses (400 ml) of cold water. If it is necessary, add sugar to taste, but the drink made without sugar will be more useful especially as prunes in itself rather sweet (content of sugars in 100 g of a product – 38 g).
