Pu-erh - a special grade of tea which is manufactured generally in China. This tea helps digestion process, satisfies thirst, copes with a hungover syndrome and food poisonings. - 150 ml of water
- clay teapot
Instruction
1. Wash out a tea leaf from dust. For this purpose fill in tea 2 times with hot water for several seconds.
2. Wash a teapot with boiled water. Hot water not only will wash out it, but also will heat.
3. Fill in tea with hot water.
4. Let's infuse 1-2 minutes and pour all infusion on small drinking bowls.
5. All subsequent zavarivaniye increase time for 15-30 seconds.
6. Pu-erh can mature from 5 to 10 tea leaves depending on quality of tea.
