For its preparation will be required: 300 g of white bread, 150 g of ham, 50 g of oil, 15-20 g of mustard or mustard sauce, 40-50 g of any cheese, 1/5 kg of tomatoes, 20 g of green onions, parsley, fennel, paprika. Slices of bread should be fried, smeared with oil and mustard. Then put ham, cheese and tomatoes on them. Strewed with pepper, slices go to an oven where are till the moment until cheese is melted off. The ready-to-eat meal is decorated with greens.

5. In summertime, salads are especially popular. If in economy there are 3 tomatoes, a cucumber, 3 onions, hot pepper, parsley, sunflower oil, vinegar and salt – it is possible to make the Serbian salad easily. Tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and pepper need to be cut, added the crushed parsley, to water with sunflower oil (4 tablespoons) and vinegar (2 tablespoons). All this needs to be mixed. Salad is ready!
