1. Way of doughing. We sift flour, we fill the hill, we salt, we do a lunochka in core, we pour out in it oil and a little water and we begin to mix. We add the remained water in the course of a batch. Dough has to turn out homogeneous and quite abrupt. Then we put dough in a plastic bag and we remove in the fridge for 2-3 hours. We get dough from the fridge and we knead even minutes 5 or 7, we leave in a package on a table for one hour.

2. Way of preparation of a stuffing. For a stuffing we take onions, we clean from a peel and we cut very thinly. In a bowl we spread sauerkraut, the cut onions, we pour ground black pepper and we pour sunflower oil. At will it is possible to add some greens and chili powder. Everything is well mixed.

3. We divide our dough into 3 parts and we roll big, but very thin flat cakes. We spread 1/3 part of cabbage evenly on one flat cake and we turn in roll. We pinch tails of roll. We stack roll on the oiled lattice. Such rolls we do two more. We cook for couple 35-40 min.

4. We remove ready roll from a lattice, we spread on a beautiful dish, we cut on pieces, we water with sour cream and we strew with greens. It is possible to eat roll with butter, mayonnaise or ketchup.
