It is possible to make wine in house conditions of a black-fruited or red (wild) rowan. From a chernoplodka the wine which is densely painted, having an astringent flavor which reminds grape turns out. Alcoholic drink from a wild rowan will be beautiful amber color, however, if to pick berries to frosts, wine will have unpleasant bitterness.

1. Make at first wine ferment. Put dirty berries in bank, fill up with sugar, fill in with cold water, tie a neck with a four-layer gauze and put to the warm place. In the course of fermentation periodically stir slowly ferment, in 3 days it can be used for preparation of wine.

2. Peel chokeberry berries from leaves and branches, wash and crush by means of the blender or pound a usual masher. Place them in a big pan, add wine ferment or wine yeast.

3. Prepare syrup: boil water, pour into it sugar and let's boil. Cool ready syrup and pour in the crushed berries

4. Put a clean gauze in four layers and tie the container with berries. Put it to the warm place for 8 days for fast fermentation. For intake of oxygen stir slowly a mash 2-3 times a day.

5. In 8 days filter a mash. For this purpose it is possible to use a small sieve or a gauze. Wring out the remained rowan berries.

6. Merge a mash in the prepared large bottle, close it a cover with a hydrolock. Place a large bottle in the cool dark place approximately for a month. The recommended temperature indoors for slow fermentation - 20 wasps.

7. Accurately stir up a large bottle in the course of fermentation. When it stops, pour rowan wine in bottles, close them and leave to be stood about 2-3 months. The received drink will have strength about 6-8 degrees.
