1. For a start it is necessary to prepare all components. It is better to choose nectarines – peaches with a smooth thin skin. They need to be touched, washed and exempted from a skin. Make it quickly and it is easily possible as follows. Pour boiled water in a big cup and for 2 minutes lower in it peaches. Then shift fruits under cold water, let's them cool down, clean and cut accurate segments.

2. Preparation of a sugar syrup will be the following step. For this purpose mix water and sugar in the small enameled pan. Properly mix, having allowed sugar to be dissolved as much as possible. Now put syrup on fire. Bring to the boil, periodically stir slowly.

3. When the sugar syrup begins to boil, add to it the cut peaches. Let jam boil on small fire within five minutes. Don't forget to stir slowly often!

4. At the next stage disconnect a plate, add citric acid to jam, mix. Spread out the turned-out delicacy on the sterilized banks and twirl.
