The ingredients necessary for preparation of tomatoes segments (on 7 cans of 1 liter):

- ripe tomatoes;

- several heads of onions;

- 3 big spoons of salt:

- 170-190 grams of sugar;

- 7 large garlic gloves;

- 7 umbrellas of fennel;

- couple of bunches of any greens;

We cook tomatoes by segments for the winter:
