1. Carefully wash out a glass of rice in cool water. Put 1.5 glasses of water to heat up. Bring to the boil, pour the washed-out rice. You cook on low fire a baking plate the closed cover until ready about 20-30 minutes. If necessary add still water. At the end salt and switch off a plate. Leave rice under a cover for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile prepare other ingredients. Well wash vegetables and greens. Cut pepper and a cucumber a cube. Except a fresh cucumber it is possible to use several salty cucumbers. Chop fennel or other greens.

3. Cut all Adygei cheese a cube. Mix all ingredients in deep ware - the cooled-down rice, pepper, a cucumber, the Adygei cheese, greens. Drain water from corn and add it to salad.

4. Make home-made mayonnaise. For this purpose mix sour cream, mustard powder, vegetable oil (it is better if it is a cold extraction), salt, a black pepper, lemon juice. Mayonnaise is ready! Dress a ready-to-serve salad with mayonnaise and cool in the fridge. The Adygei cheese on texture reminds crabsticks, and color gives paprika.
