7. Have tea, but not coffee. Coffee tempts appetite, and tea fills a stomach and places for food remains less. It is the best of all to add to tea segment of a lemon and a little honey instead of sugar.

8. Add bean to vegetable salads. Bean quickly sate therefore, having added haricot or peas to vegetables salad, you will make it very nourishing, but without excess calories.
