The meat salad is preparing rather simply. Presently, when there is a set of various dishes, very few people do a meat salad. It enjoyed the greatest popularity in the Soviet dining rooms.
It is required to you
- - All-beef – 200 grams;
- - Cucumbers – 2 pieces;
- - Eggs – 3 pieces;
- - Mayonnaise – 5 tablespoons;
- - Greens: onions, parsley, fennel;
- - Salt.
Instruction
1. Meat is washed carefully out, we stack in a pan. We fill in with cold water, we salt and we put on fire.
2. As soon as meat is boiled, it needs to be taken from a pan and to allow to cool down within thirty minutes. Then to cut in small cubes.
3. Cucumbers are cut by just the same pieces and added to meat.
4. We boil eggs, we cut in cubes and we add to cucumbers and meat.
5. We salt, carefully we mix, we spread in a plate and we add from above mayonnaise.
6. Greens need to be cut and laid out with edge of a plate. It serves as ornament.
