2. Cream on the basis of cashew nuts. Such cream very simply is prepared. The following components will be necessary: cashew nutlets (200 g), water (150 ml), syrup of a girasol or syrup of a stevia or agave (to taste), cocoa butter or coconut oil (1 tablespoon). In order that cream turned out gentle, nutlets need to be wetted previously. Fill in cashew with cold water and leave a minimum for three hours. Drain water. Wipe nutlets by means of the blender, adding water. Shake up, having added the kindled oil and sweeten with syrup. Sweet cream for cake from cashew nuts has a delicate creamy flavor.
