Pancakes are very rich and tasty dish. However nutritionists don't advise to use them during various diets and for weight loss because of high caloric content. How to reduce it?

What can be better, than in cold winter evening to drink hot tea with tasty pancakes. But for their preparation the top-grade flour which allows an organism to soak up carbohydrates quickly is used. And it can lead to obesity. Also pancakes negatively affect work of a pancreas and liver because of high caloric content. One pancake made of whole milk can contain about 400 calories. Therefore in order to avoid many problems the caloric content of pancakes is lowered.

How to lower the caloric content of pancakes

1.      Use milk of the lowest interest of fat content for preparation. It can also be diluted with water, and in case of application of home-made milk it is better to refuse it absolutely and to replace completely with water.

2.      Use the minimum quantity of eggs or only a squirrel. For preparation of usual pancakes quite there will be enough one-two eggs.

3.      Try to replace wheat flour with buckwheat which will bring much more benefit to a human body. If nevertheless such replacement is inadmissible, then to use wheat flour the most low grade.

4.      During mixing of the test to add a small amount of vegetable oil to it. It will allow not to use it during frying and to cook pancakes in completely dry frying pan.

All these simple ways will help not only to reduce the caloric content of pancakes, but also will allow to eat them without harm for human health at any time.
