Preparation:

1. On a bottom banks to put garlic, fennel, leaves of currant and allspice.

2. Cucumbers and tomatoes to wash and lay in bank (tomatoes have to be from above.

3. To pour into a pan about 2 l of water and to bring to the boil.

4. Fill in with the boiling water cucumbers and tomatoes, to cover and allow to stand 5-6 minutes.

5. After that to drain water back in a pan and again to bring to the boil.

6. Once again to fill in vegetables with boiled water for 5-6 minutes.

7. At this time to put 3 teaspoons of sugar in a pan and salt.

8. Drain water from banks and mix that salt and sugar were dissolved.

9. When water begins to begin to boil, carefully to pour in it vinegar and to wait for abrupt boiled water.

10. Fill in vegetables with the boiling marinade and roll up to bank.

11. Deliver to bank upside down to the dark place before full cooling. Cover with a thick towel.

12. After cooling of a pickles it is better to store in the dark and cool place.

Important! Track that salt was suitable for salting and marinades. It has to be specified on packing.
