1. To make stewed haricot with vegetables, prepare the main ingredient of a dish. Take a small bowl, lay out in it haricot and fill in it with a clear water. Leave haricot to be presoaked in this water for the night, it is desirable in the cool place.

2. Drain water from haricot in the morning, wash out it and again pour cold flowing water. Put a dish with haricot on average fire, add a little vegetable oil. As soon as water begins to boil, merge it, again fill in new water in a bowl and continue to cook haricot until ready, at the end of cooking surely salt.

3. Take onions, clean it from a peel, wash a baking plate with flowing water and dry. Further cut onions half rings. Wash and peel carrots, cut it on small cubes or grate.

4. Wash tomatoes, dry them on a kitchen towel or wipe tissues, destem and chop on small pieces.

5. Take a frying pan, pour in it vegetable oil, well warm on average fire. Lay out the cut onions in a frying pan and fry it within two minutes. Then lay out the cut carrots to onions, well mix it with onions and continue to fry ingredients.

6. Further add the cut tomatoes to a frying pan, mix them with the fried onions and carrots and you stew vegetables within five minutes. Right at the end lay out the boiled haricot to vegetables, carefully mix ingredients, add a black sprinkling pepper, salt and a little granulated sugar.

7. Cover vegetables and you extinguish within several minutes.

8. Stewed haricot with vegetables is ready. You can serve it as in hot, and cold. Before giving decorate haricot with the crushed greens or branches of fennel and parsley. Stewed haricot can be served with cream cheese, feta cheese or mozzarella and also with warm fragrant home-made buns.
