The lactobiose welded in house conditions is good as independent delicacy. And still it can be used as decoration of cakes and Easter cakes. Such glaze is more plastic, than usual, sugar.
It is required to you
- — 30 g of a desi;
- — 200 ml of milk;
- — 200 g of sugar;
- — 2 tablespoons of honey;
- — vegetable oil;
- — wooden spoon or scapula;
- — bucket from stainless steel;
- — silicone molds or icetray;
- — ice.
Instruction
1. Prepare molds for a lactobiose, having oiled them vegetable.
2. Pour milk in a bucket and put on fire, without bringing to the boil, add butter, sugar and honey. You cook on slow fire, constantly stirring slowly with weight. It has to uvaritsya approximately in a half and gain creamy and caramel color. By this moment weight will boil not small bubbles, and slowly bursting large.
3. Drip roll the weight on ice which cooled down in a ball. If it elastic as plasticine, then the lactobiose is ready. Too liquid — boil still.
4. Cool ready weight, having lowered a bucket in the container with ice and cold water. Knead a lactobiose a wooden spoon until it begins to brighten. Weight will become dense and will lose viscous properties.
5. Warm a lactobiose on the smallest fire before emergence of plasticity, spread out on the prepared molds.
