- 5 kefirs or curdled milks without sugar (any fermented milk product will approach)

- 1 egg
- 5 glasses of flour
- soda pinch
- Cinnamon and honey to taste
Instruction
1. Wash, exempt apples from a core, cut with small pieces. Lay out in the oiled form, strew with cinnamon.
