Meat is the most popular product for preparation of festive and daily dishes. Meat in cherry sauce turns out juicy and very tasty. Lentil will add to a dish of a sytnost and advantage. Such meat perfectly will be suitable for a lunch and a dinner.
It is required to you
- - pork pulp of 500 g;
- - carrots of 2 pieces;
- - onion of 1 piece;
- - cherry brandy of 100 ml;
- - desi of 50 g;
- - lentil green 2 glasses;
- - greens to taste;
- - vegetable oil;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instruction
1. Wash up pork, dry a paper towel, then cut on small pieces. In a stewpan warm vegetable oil. Fry pork till golden color.
2. To meat add butter, salt and pepper to a stewpan. Fry on slow fire. Peel onions and carrots and small cut. Add vegetables to a stewpan, continue to fry. Pour in cherry brandy, you stew meat within 30-35 minutes.
3. Fill in lentil with 3 glasses of water. You cook within 35-40 minutes. Lentil has to become soft.
4. On a plate lay out meat pieces, it is a little lentil. Water a plate with cherry sauce with onions and carrots. Strew with greens.
