In Thai (on 800 g of chicken) 400 ml of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, on a pinch of ginger and Arie, juice of 1 lemon, 2 garlic gloves, 1 pod of green Chile. Pickle not less than 1 hour.

In Chinese (on 800 g of mutton) 50 ml of sesame oil, on 70 ml of soy and wine vinegar, 1 garlic glove, a sesame pinch. Pickle a shish kebab 2 hours.

In Greek (on 800 g of a fish fillet) 50 ml of olive oil, salt, pepper. Pickle 1 hour.
