How to make lobio

The recipe of a dish, traditional for Georgian cuisine, from haricot – lobio which perfectly is suitable for a family lunch. Preparation of lobio will require the following products: 700 g of beef, 500 g of haricot, 4 heads of onions, 600 g of tomatoes, 3-4 garlic gloves, greens of fennel, cilantro, oregano, salt. Previously wetted haricot is boiled until ready and kneaded a spoon. Small cut beef is fried on vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. When meat is reddened, add the shredded onions to it and continue roasting. Tomatoes clean from a thin skin, cut into cubes and send to a frying pan with meat. Prepare ingredients several minutes and add to them small cut garlic and greens. In 10 minutes, meat and vegetables mix with haricot and continue to cook lobio of 5 more minutes. After that the frying pan is densely closed a cover and removed from fire. Before giving on a table of lobio has to infuse within 15-20 minutes.
