- a thyme dried – 1 h t.; - parsley greens – 4-6 branches; - hot red pepper – 0.5 tsps; - the black pepper ground – to taste; - a Parmesan cheese – 150-200 g.

For this dish it is possible to use both boiled, and crude shrimps. However it is more preferable to clean after all independently shrimps and to prepare them.

Defreeze shrimps. For this purpose leave them for three-four hours at the room temperature. After that clean shrimps from armors and an entrails. Well wash out seafood under flowing water. Sprinkle shrimps lemon juice, add salt and mix. Pour water in a pan and put on fire. When water begins to boil, lay out paste and boil according to the instruction on packing. When paste cooks, drain water.

Leave a small amount of water in which paste cooked in case sauce will turn out dense. It will be possible to add this liquid to sauce.

Peel garlic from a peel, crush it by means of a knife or the garlic press. Put a frying pan on fire. Pour in a small amount of olive oil. When oil well gets warm, lay out garlic and fry within one-two minutes. Then pour in wine in a frying pan. In two minutes add cream. Pepper, salt sauce. Add a thyme, a marjoram, hot red pepper. Continue to stew sauce within five minutes until it thickens.

If sauce long doesn't get denser, it is possible to add to it a small amount of starch or flour – about two-three tablespoons.

When sauce is ready, lay out in it shrimps. Stew them about four-seven minutes. Readiness of shrimps can be determined by the found pink color. If you use boiled shrimps, about two minutes are enough to stew of them. Track that shrimps didn't prepare longer than the put time. Otherwise they will be rigid. Rub a Parmesan cheese through a large grater. Cut parsley greens. Lay out the prepared paste on a dish. Over paste pour in creamy sauce. Accurately lay out shrimps.
