1. Chop the cooled desi cut into cubes with flour, salt and grind in a large crumb. Pour in ice water, quickly knead dough - it is convenient to do it in the food processor, but it is possible to knead dough and hands.

2. Inwrap ready dough in a film, remove it for half an hour in the fridge, then thinly roll about 0.3 mm in layer, lay on molds, pressing dough to walls and cutting off surplus - baskets from the test have to turn out. Put molds with the test at each other a pile on 3-5 pieces, from above put an empty mold and press this ""design"".

3. Bake baskets from shortcake dough within 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (the oven has to be heated-up in advance). Then sort piles of molds and wear out till golden color within 20 minutes, cool.

4. Small cut fresh greens and a piece of boiled meat. Rub on an average grater apple with carrot. Mix sour cream with mustard. Mix everything together - here and the meat salad turned out.

5. Spread out salad on baskets, decorate each small basket with chopped nuts, branches of greens or something to the taste. If you decided to give a meat salad just in a salad bowl without preparation of baskets, then vegetables it is necessary to rub on a large grater, and to sort meat on fibers.
