In this recipe not only original giving of summer salad. Salad is rather original too - many will be surprised by a combination of watermelon and fresh tomatoes, surprisingly, but it turns out very tasty. Such salad in a water-melon basket will perfectly decorate your table.
It is required to you
- - 1 watermelon;
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 2 cucumbers;
- - 100 g of brynza;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- - 1 h spoon of lemon juice;
- - couple of branches of a basil, fennel;
- - sesame seeds, mix of pepper, salt.
Instruction
1. Wash out watermelon, cut, remove from it all pulp. Make a basket of watermelon - it is possible just to leave one empty half of watermelon (fast option if there is no time for creativity) or to dream up, having cut out the handle for a basket and beautiful patterns.
2. Wash out fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, cut vegetables small into cubes. Too cut pulp of a half of watermelon into cubes. Other half of pulp of watermelon won't be required to us any more - you can eat it so.
3. Mix watermelon with cubes of tomatoes and cucumbers, salt, pepper mix of pepper. Add the brynza cut into cubes to salad, again mix. Summer salad is almost ready.
4. Wash out fennel, slightly dry on paper towels, small cut. Add to salad together with leaves of a fresh basil, strew with sesame. Mix vegetable oil with lemon juice - fill with this mix summer salad.
