It would seem that it is simpler, than to make preparation of cucumbers? Recipe in fact same. But everyone knows: at different hostesses and cucumbers on taste turn out different. Because one prefers double filling, the second will only pasteurize vegetables, and at the third the, confidential set of spicery. I have no culinary secrets, use on health, do cucumbers according to my favourite recipe!

1. Fresh-gathered cucumbers properly to wash up and wet for 2-3 hours in cold water, then to wash out once again.

2. Wash banks with soda, scald boiled water or sterilize over steam, dry up. On a bottom of cans to lay out fennel, a horse-radish root, the washed-up currant leaves, the peeled garlic gloves. Then densely to fill to bank with cucumbers, to fill in up to the top with boiled water, to cover - a clean cover and to leave for 5-7 min.

3. Later to drain water in a pan, to dissolve in it salt, to put on fire to be boiled. Fill in cucumbers with one more portion of boiled water, in a couple of minutes water to drain and fill banks with the boiling brine. Pour in vinegar, to roll up and wrap up banks before full cooling.
