1. In the double boiler or in an oven we prepare pumpkin from your favourite recipe. I just threw it in the double boiler (having salted) for 25 minutes and was engaged in preparation of a stuffing.

2. Chicken fillet (it is possible to use any part of chicken, it not essentially) we cut on thin strips about 3 cm long and 1 cm wide. We salt, we add some spice grass if there is a mood. Onions we rub on a grater and we add to chicken, there and garlic. I use the granulated garlic, but it is possible to crush also a clove in a chesnokodavka. Small we chop greens (I had a parsley, it is possible also mix) and we add to forcemeat.

3. We rumple ready pumpkin a fork, we add flour so much that dough turned out, as on dumplings. Further according to the standard scheme we mold vareniki of any form which is pleasant, it is possible to stick together also pelmeshka, the taste from it won't change. We send to the double boiler for about 25-30 minutes and we enjoy yum-yum!

4. Recipe of sauce: to mix a glass of kefir or yogurt with 1 tsp of mustard, to add 1 tablespoon of the French mustard grains, to sprinkle lemon juice, to add a little chopped greens, it is desirable fennel.
