No special bans in food for pregnant women exist. The diets recommended by doctors to women in situation are based on elementary rules of healthy food. The only exception are products which can cause allergies.

1. Completely exclude alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is one of the most terrible enemies of pregnancy as it has heavy impact on development of a fruit. The consequences caused by alcohol abuse can be irreversible, and pathologies not always come to light on early terms.

2. Don't use crude meat and fish products. They can contain dangerous bacteria and infections which cause infection with the helminthosis affecting a fruit. Besides, crude products – carriers of intestinal infections.

3. Don't abuse the products capable to provoke future allergenic dependence at the child. Seafood, especially delicacies (caviar and shrimps), honey, citrus fruit, exotic fruit, chocolate belong to them. On early terms it is better to exclude in general the listed products as the child can be born with congenital diathesis. Also you shouldn't "lean" on spicy food.

4. Exclude farinaceous food. Farinaceous products, in particular bread, pies, buns, cakes, pancakes, etc. are the brightest representatives of the high-calorific dishes promoting a set of excess weight. Excess weight doesn't do well to either the pregnant woman, or future child.

5. Limit consumption of preserved foods and smoked products. They can cause botulism which is dangerous not only to health, but also to life in general.

6. Don't provoke poisoning, intoxication and irritation of an alimentary system. For this purpose completely exclude mushrooms, melons and watermelons.

7. Show consideration for drinks. Don't drink kvass. First, it belongs to the category of low alcohol drinks, secondly, promotes an abdominal distension. Limit consumption of strong tea and coffee. They increase pressure that can affect pregnancy in the form of a uterus hyper tone which causes premature birth.

8. Try to eat only natural products. Various preservatives and dyes are dangerous to any person as they are capable to cause violations in work of a liver, kidneys and other vitals. It doesn't mean that similar products should be excluded completely, it is simple to limit their use better.

9. Refuse exotic fruit and other products unknown to you. They can cause unforeseen reaction of an organism and cause danger to development of pregnancy and a fruit. It is better to exclude a papaya, pineapples, bananas and grapes from the known fruit.
