Butter and margarine - the most frequent products to addition of breakfasts and sandwiches. But what their usefulness? And what from the above-mentioned is less harmful?

Butter and margarine contain almost identical number of calories in 1 tablespoon – 100 Kcal and about 12 grams of fat. The main difference is that types of fats at oil and margarine differ.

Margarine contains more protivospalitelny healthy mono - and polyunsaturated fats. Oil generally incorporates saturated fats which have negative effect on health of heart and on cholesterol content in blood.

But even despite saturated fats in a desi, it in usefulness surpasses margarine. Why? But because many brands of margarine contain even more dangerous component which is called trans-fats. This type of fat the most unhealthy also causes appearance of heart troubles and, as a result, has an adverse effect on the general condition of an organism.
