Wine is the integral attribute in any celebration. This vivifying drink is subdivided into several types both on a way of preparation, and on the ingredients which are a part, a grade of grapes and amount of the sugar going for its preparation.

Modern wines are produced in different options. The type of wine depends, first of all, on a type of the used raw materials and amount of the sugar added to drink at its fermentation. In the last parameter it is possible to allocate the following types of wine: - dining rooms, - dessert,

- fortified.

Table wines in turn are dry, semisweet and moist. They are given most often to a table, and in some countries there are traditions of the daily use of this type of drink.

Quality wine is useful for health (in moderate quantities, of course): it tones up, normalizes a metabolism and also influences digestion of protein.

Sweet wines are presented in the form sweet and semisweet, such as cahors wine, muscat, Tokaj. These drinks the most widespread and common, cahors wine, for example, is well-known that it is applied to commission of church sacraments. Strong sweet wines are Madeiras, port wines, etc. During their preparation, wine material is exposed to constant heating on sunshine.

Grape wines

Grape wines are red, white or pink, they can be sorted as follows: - If drink is made of any one type of grapes, then such wines are called high-quality. - Sepazhny wines prepare from several grades of grapes and all are stood together in one container, most often in oak. - Blended wines also consist of several grape breeds. However the way of preparation strikingly differs. In this case mixture of types happens already when juice began to ferment and gained properties of semi-ready drink.

Vintage wines

Depending on preparation time the types of wine are branded and ordinary. Ordinary wines are maintained no more than a year and have rather small cost. They can be met most often on counters of most shops. Such wines become especially for mass consumption. Branded drinks can grow ripe up to 5 years. These wines are highly appreciated by true gourmets, they are expensive. If wine was stored longer than 5 years at observance of all rules of winemaking, then such drinks pass into the category collection and their cost is directly proportional to age of a bottle. Collection wines most often occur among the French and Chilean brands.

The Chilean wines (dry) are well-known not only for taste, but also abundance of antioxidants in the chemical composition.

The quality of wine is affected by many factors. The area in which grapes grew has a number of the distinctive factors. Weather conditions under which any given grade grew can make types of wine of the same name absolutely different on taste. True judges upon purchase of a bottle for the exclusive collection attentively study information on ripening of fruits of this batch of grapes.
