The problem is solved simply: if to use milk with a low indicator of fat content, the salutary effect will be far more considerable. But never you should forget about specific features of an organism. So, people with the shortage of lactose shouldn't use a dairy products at all: a part of a product won't be able to be acquired, causing indigestion. The situation can be even more critical, drink, so useful to children, can with age begin to cause allergies – but only in some cases. And the allergy won't extend to a dairy products (curd cakes, cheese). Besides, it is worth being afraid of a number of diseases which milk in pure form can provoke. These are stones in kidneys, atherosclerosis and кальциноз. Therefore if doctors speak about your tendency to the above – better to exclude milk from a diet.
