One more method is a fast freezing which is applied at preparation of semi-finished products from potatoes. For this purpose prepare a product - clean tubers, cut and freeze. It is necessary to store them in the freezer until the direct use. Nevertheless, if you have no other opportunity, it is possible to store potatoes and in a cellar. The main thing that it lay there not for long. For several weeks the tubers shouldn't become sweet, and here if you keep it till spring, then such opportunity exists.
