1. Traditionally for preparation of this hot salad use color mix from sweet paprikas. Take red, yellow and orange pepper in an equal proportion. But it is possible to use and one type of pepper, the main thing don't take green pepper for preparation, they give sourness.

2. Take ripe pepper, well wash them in warm water, cut off the top part together with a fruit stem, remove seeds and cut everyone pepper on eight segments. Let's pepper dry a little, then dip each segment in olive oil.
