1. Clean fish of a dolphin. Remove at it gills, draw and properly from within wash water. Don't delete soft fins, a tail and the head. Make 4 cuts on a carcass, salt from internal and outer side.

2. Now prepare mix for rubbing inside. Chop small a ginger root, mix it with two teaspoons of a dried thyme, drip several drops of lemon juice. Properly stir everything, having made as a result dense weight. Carefully rub with the received weight fish inside.
