Habitual breakfasts bothered with usual fried eggs? Diversify the morning menu. Pancakes turn out just magic.
It is required to you
- - 7 eggs;
- - 500 g of forcemeat;
- - 1 red bulb;
- - 100 g of any hard cheese;
- - 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - salt, pepper to taste;
- - 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 350 ml of chicken broth (it is possible to take boiled water).
Instruction
1. Break egg in a deep bowl, add a little salt and 1 tsp of sour cream. Shake up mix by means of a nimbus to uniformity of weight. Warm the frying pan oiled and pour egg mix on a frying pan.
2. Fry pancake on both sides. To turn pancake, use a scapula, so you will be able to turn pancake safe and sound. Fry pancakes from all egg mixture. About 7 pieces have to turn out.
3. Now start preparation of a stuffing. Fry the crushed onions to translucency in the heated frying pan, and then add to forcemeat. Salt and pepper meat, and then well mix.
4. Lay out a stuffing on one part of pancake and inwrap pancake as wrap stuffed cabbage leaves, only oblong shape. Lay out wrapped up pancakes on a bottom of fire-resistant ware.
5. Warm up broth and add to it a sour cream spoon. Salt and mix broth. Fill in pancakes half with the received mix and cover all with a foil.
6. Put in the oven warmed up to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. After that remove a foil and bake 10 more minutes. Strew a ready-to-eat meal with a grated cheese and put in an oven again for several minutes. As soon as cheese melted – it is possible to have breakfast.
