3. Sift rye flour (200 g) and pour it into water. Put yeast and mix. Too sift the remained rye flour, add wholegrain and knead dough.

4. Put the received dough to the warm place, it has to rise. It is better if dough stays overnight and at the same time heat will be wrapped up with something well keeping.

5. Roll dough. It is possible to add to it bran and also to powder with sesame.

6. Take the paper intended for pastries and oil it. Lay paper on the central lattice of the bread machine. Lay out on it dough. Cover it with also olive oil. So it won't dry up during baking.

7. Bake 20 minutes bread at a temperature of 180 wasps. After this time, strengthen temperature to 200 wasps and leave for 20 minutes to full readiness. However every 10 minutes check a toothpick the concerned bread. If you like bread with well fried crust, then for the remained five minutes before the end of preparation enhance heat to 235 wasps.
