1. For creation of the chart use the Microsoft Excel program. Of course, in Microsoft Excel there is a function of creation of automatic charts. But hardly it will suit the person who wants his scheme to be unique and such what he also conceived it. If to make a few efforts, it is possible to create own chart in Excel, using at the same time the same functions.
2. Create the new chart and get rid in it of all unnecessary. It has to be simple for perception. You should use only two colors. For example, to make gray a background and dark blue the columns displaying indicators. These two colors are most pleasant for eyes and do not create contrast among themselves. Information will be legible and clear. Also you will need to note the increasing growth of parameters.
3. If you created two charts which are closely connected among themselves and which indicators you should unite, then you should make one integral chart, having crossed in it two small. Just paint over different parameters in the different colors for difference. You have to handle skillfully columns, without placing too much information in one of them. So it will be unclear to the viewer. It will be more convenient to divide one column into two less. So you will be able to present information more accurately.
4. To facilitate visual perception, they should give different colors on your taste. But you should not go to far in columns, otherwise it can lead to the fact that everything will mix up in a heap. You need to represent function and arrangement of a column clearly. How the chart looks, how it will be apprehended depends. And it is unimportant what in it will be concluded information if she is visually not attractive, then will not make success. Arrange the main scale which displays results or percent of ratios, vertically. And direct columns sideways. All this is necessary that, despite the large volume of information, the chart did not look clumsily and is bulky.
5. Long numbers it is also necessary to arrange horizontally. To the right of a strip register numbers which will help to correlate chart indicators. But also the usual vertical chart can be made attractive. For this purpose columns of some indicators have to be over the general scale of all numbers, and columns of others — under a scale. Thus, data will be separated from each other, but will not lose the meaning and value.
