For many Russians the trip to giving or just on the nature is connected with preparation of shish kebabs. Their preparation – the real religious rite, but kind of successfully they weren't prepared, really it is impossible to feel and estimate taste of fried meat without vegetables. They can be prepared on a grill too and so far meat is roasted to a turn, to make of them very tasty snack.

1. Wash tomatoes, pepper and eggplants in flowing cold water and dry a paper towel. Each vegetable rub with olive oil, filling it in a palm. A fork pin them in several places and put on a lattice. Fry them minutes 20–30, all the time overturning.

2. When vegetables are fried thoroughly, remove them from a lattice and put for 5-10 minutes in a pan a baking plate a cover or in a plastic bag that they were easier to be cleaned.

3. Clean vegetables. Remove a skin from tomatoes and pepper, destem. Remove seeds and partitions from pepper. At eggplants cut off tails, a sharp knife cut off a thin skin.

4. Clean onions and small cut, put in a big bowl. Cut vegetables small into cubes, cut green onions and greens, small chop garlic by means of a knife. Put everything in a bowl, salt, pepper, water with olive oil.

5. If you not outdoors then to prepare house conditions. Wash, oil them and make punctures. Inwrap everyone in a piece of a foil, trying that it densely adjoined to their surface.

6. Warm an oven up to the temperature 180-200os, lay out vegetables on a lattice and fry 30 minutes. Then switch off an oven and leave them a little to stand inside. From them cook vegetable snack in the way described above. Houses you will have an opportunity to cool it in the fridge - from it it will only become more tasty.
