Darling salad is very similar to cake. Issued in the form of heart, it perfectly will be suitable for romantic evening, a wedding anniversary or for St. Valentine's Day.
It is required to you
- - smoked chicken, 350 g;
- - fresh champignons, 300 g (it is possible - preserved);
- - prunes, 200 g;
- - eggs, 6 pieces;
- - bulb;
- - fresh cucumber;
- - for ornament - olive;
- - mayonnaise.
Instruction
1. Originally we prepare all ingredients for salad: - we cook eggs, we separate the yolks from the whites, we rub yolks; - we cut straws chicken; - we cut straws the prunes (which are previously wetted in boiled water); - we fry champignons with onions; - we cut straws a cucumber.
2. Salad gives all the best in the form of heart layers (each layer is coated with mayonnaise): - chicken; - yolks; - prunes; - champignons; - cucumber; - chicken.
3. Now we pass to registration of the top layer. For one half of heart (light) grate proteins on a small grater. For other half of heart (dark) boil several minutes polished proteins in strong tea. A boundary two halves make dividing line of the olives cut by circles.
