1. Wet chick-pea in cold water and remove in the fridge for 8-10 hours.

2. Boil the soaked chick-pea, about 20-25 minutes. Put the cooked chick-pea in a colander and wash with cold water.

3. Weld glaze. Pour in a soy-bean sauce in water, add granulated sugar and spices to taste. You cook on big fire until water evaporates, and sauce won't become viscous.

4. Dip chick-pea in sauce glaze. By means of a skimmer lay out chick-pea on a baking tray, the laid parchment paper.

5. Strew with sea salt and put in the furnace warmed up to 180 degrees that chick-pea was dried. Bake about 1-1.2 hours.
