1. Take a deep bowl, break in it eggs and properly shake up within a minute, using either a nimbus, or the mixer.

2. Add soda, salt, sugar to eggs and mix everything that these ingredients were dissolved.

5. After time in dough pour out the remained kefir and once again shake up (after this beating in the test the set of tiny bubbles has to appear). Dough is ready, now it is possible to start directly baking of pancakes.

6. Put a frying pan on fire and heat it on strong fire. As soon as the frying pan is rather hot, pour in it a little vegetable oil, lower fire to an average, a ladle scoop a small amount of the test, distribute it on all frying pan and fry pancake from two parties till golden color. Time of baking of one pancake can vary of a minute to two, it depends on pancake thickness. Thus bake pancakes from all test.

7. Serve pancakes to a table in a warm look, having filled them at will with jam, condensed milk, oil, etc.
