Feature of this chop - an unusual dark breading with a savoury herbs. Such dish can be served both to festive, and to a daily table. As a garnish the light vegetable salad, and as sauce - home-made adjika is used.

1. Pour red malt into ware not less than 0.5 l, fill in with boiled water, mix and let's infuse. Later ~ 30 minutes add water for the test (better to use warm) to tea leaves and carefully mix. If you cook dough manually - you pass to a step 3.

2. Load flour, sugar, salt, a coriander, seasoning into a container of the bread machine and slightly mix a spoon. Pour in water with tea leaves, add vegetable oil. Install a container in the bread machine, pour yeast into a dispenser. Bake bread on the program for usual white loaf. During a batch (in 5-6 minutes after start) surely open a cover and if necessary help the mixer to collect flour from walls - for any dark bread it absolutely normally. You pass to a step 4.

3. If you knead dough manually, at first mix flour with yeast, add sugar, a coriander, herbs, salt. Gradually pouring in water with tea leaves, knead dough. Let's the test rise (50-60 minutes). Give to the test any form, lay out on the prepared baking tray and leave on a rasstoyka for 30 minutes. Bake in an oven until ready at 180-200 °C.

4. When bread cools down, cut it in the usual way. Lay a baking tray paper for pastries, put pieces of bread and place in an oven. When crackers are ready, cool, pull down everyone on several parts, lay out in a bowl of the blender and in the pulsing mode make a breading (the process longer, the will turn out more small).

5. Prepare vegetables: wash up, drain. Small chop cabbage. Salt and well knead hands what cabbage would give juice. Cut a cucumber thin circles and add to cabbage. Cut tomatoes in half or on four parts and lay out in salad. There add small cut green onions. Salt, fill with oil and vinegar, mix and put in the fridge.

6. Make sauce. Wash up tomatoes, drain and cut in half. Peel garlic. Wash up burning pepper, drain and very small cut. Grate on the smallest grater garlic and tomatoes so what in hands there would be a skin. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, horse-radish, sugar and well mix. Remove in the fridge.

7. Wash up steaks, drain. Place in food wrap, slightly beat off. Don't do pieces thin! Sharply ground knife accurately make ""pocket"" in each piece; at the same time try not to damage walls. Put a cheese piece in ""pocket"". Dip into a frothed eggs, roll in breaded.

8. Lay out ready chops on the warmed frying pan with oil and fry 2 minutes from each party. Shift to the baking tray laid by paper for pastries and bring to readiness in an oven (~ 7-8 min.).

9. Lay out chops and salad on plates. Serve adjika separately in a sauce-boat. Bon appetit!
