1. Cut meat pieces. Peel onions, potatoes, carrots and garlic. Well wash out.

3. While meat is fried, cut onions half rings. Carrots, paprika and tomatoes - cubes. Garlic - circles. Chop potatoes largely.

4. Add onions to meat and fry several minutes. Then lay carrots, mix and fry 3-4 more minutes.

5. Throw paprika, garlic and tomatoes. Well mix everything and fry until tomato juice up to the end isn't evaporated.

6. Add paprika, chili pepper and salt to taste. If you want to prepare the Mess as first course, then fill in hot water about two glasses. If as the second, then water doesn't need to be added.

7. Lay potatoes in a cauldron, well mix. If you prepare with water, make sure that it covers all contents of a cauldron. If there wasn't enough water, pour still. Bring to the boil.

8. Establish the minimum temperature and you extinguish a baking plate the closed cover until ready of potatoes. Then remove a cauldron from fire and let's the Mess infuse a little.
