3. Make the plan of the report. It has to include such points as "Introduction" and "Conclusion" or "Conclusions". The main part of the report can also consist of several parts which need to be stated enough briefly as the report assumes an oral performance 10-15 minutes long.

4. Write the text of the report. Adhere to scientific style of statement. Competently make out quotes from scientific literature. As there are no uniform requirements to registration of scientific work, surely take models of execution of quotes and the list of references from the research supervisor or at department in which subject you prepare the report.

5. Remember that the scientific report is not the paper therefore it has to be based not only on citing works of recognized scientists, but also reflect your view of a problem. It is very good if the report includes results of the experiments made by you or the sociological data collected by you.
