This light salad can be used as an independent dish or to give as a garnish to meat and a fish dish. A large number of various herbs do such salad very useful, and the original gas station adds to it piquancy.

1. Rinse salad and greens under flowing water, properly stir up and dry on a fabric napkin. Then put in a big cup for salad.
