Following this recipe, it is possible to make very tasty marrow flat cakes with onions. Cracklings and onions give to a dish a nourishing basis. Squash aren't felt on taste, but give to the test necessary humidity.

1. Rub squash on a small or average grater, fill one teaspoon of salt, mix, set aside aside.
